Functieomschrijving
- Je staat in voor de dagelijkse leiding van de werf in samenspraak met de projectleider.
- Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en de uitvoering van de werken door het constructief aansturen van ploegbazen, arbeiders en onderaannemers.
- Je bestelt en beheert de materialen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de werfadministratie.
- Je onderhoudt contacten met de bouwheer, het studiebureau en andere betrokken partijen.
- Je bent vertrouwd met het standaardbestek 250.
Functie-eisen
- Je bent in het bezit van een diploma bouw of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans.
- Je bent flexibel, sociaal vaardig en hebt een goed organisatorisch vermogen.
- Je bent sterk in communiceren en het motiveren van mensen.
- Je hebt een goede technische achtergrond en kan vlot overweg met PC : MS office, Ms project (is een pluspunt).
