What we're looking for
We are seeking a Founding Full Stack Engineer who demonstrates strong product ownership and a design-oriented mindset. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and have a proven track record of building and deploying AI agents in a production setting.
What you'll do
Design, build, and ship features across our entire stack, from data models and APIs to polished user interfaces.
Take ownership of large parts of the product and stack end-to-end, helping to choose architecture and define engineering best practices.
Work closely with the founders and customers to turn ambiguous problems into simple, shipped solutions.
Improve our automated pipeline for judging audio file quality and build out conversational flows using AI for coaching and feedback.
Set up and manage core infrastructure, including CI/CD, observability, and testing.
Help shape the future of our engineering culture by contributing to hiring, onboarding, and establishing best practices.
