Responsibilities

We are looking for an Business Solution Architect with extensive experience in the finance sector, particularly in insurance, actuarial, and claims. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of crossing business domains and a strong mix of technical aptitude, including proficiency in Python. This role involves designing and implementing RPA solutions to optimize business processes and improve efficiency. 

 

  • Architect and implement end-to-end automation solutions to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities across multiple domains, including insurance, actuarial, and claims.
  • Lead the design and architecture of complex automation projects, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, process flows, and user guides.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and team members.
  • Leverage RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate) and Python scripting for advanced automation tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and security requirements.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation solutions.
  • Drive innovation through reusable components and best-practice solution design.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience successfully implementing data solutions 
  • Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in automation and software development. 
  • Understanding of Data Warehouse 
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of a business vertical in previous roles 
  • Databricks or Snowflake 
  • Microsoft SQL Server 
  • GitHub 
  • Python 
  • Familiarity with machine learning and AI concepts. 
  • API tools such as Postman 
  • Existing understanding of WRB domains and business   
  • Experience in creating automation to improve efficiency. 

 

Bonus Skills:  

  • Postman for API development 
  • Power Automate or UiPath 
  • Insurance experience
