Part time or full time contract available. 20 - 40 hours over 5 days per week.

What we are looking for:

Do you have the following?:

  • A wide range of maintenance skills, including proficiency in plumbing, electricity, carpentry, painting, decorating and garden maintenance
  • Attention to detail to present the home and grounds in excellent condition  
  • Strong organisational, communication and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • A full and clean driving licence in order to drive the home mini-bus and car
  • The knowledge and skills to provide training in emergency procedures
  • The skills and experience to carry out regular checks, inspections and risk assessments
  • The ability to assist with the movement and assembly of furniture
