Key Responsibilities

  • Perform and oversee complex residential, commercial, and service plumbing work

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve advanced plumbing issues

  • Ensure all work complies with local and state plumbing codes

  • Supervise, mentor, and train journeymen and apprentice plumbers

  • Support service calls, installations, remodels, and new construction

  • Review job scopes, plans, and estimates for accuracy and efficiency

  • Conduct quality control inspections and job walk-throughs

  • Communicate professionally with customers, inspectors, and team members

  • Assist with process improvements, training standards, and operational growth

Position Summary


We are seeking an experienced Master Plumber to support and lead our residential, commercial, and service plumbing operations. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership, mentorship, and operational input. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craft, values quality work, and wants to help build and improve a growing company—not just complete jobs.

Required Qualifications



  • Active Master Plumber license in Georgia

  • Minimum 5+ years of plumbing experience (residential and/or commercial)

  • Strong working knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations

  • Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening (if applicable)

  • Experience in residential service plumbing

  • Commercial plumbing project experience

  • Ability to lead teams and improve performance

  • Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills

  • Experience with estimating, job costing, or project oversight
