The Risk &amp; Compliance Lead, part of the Underwriting and Distribution (U&amp;D) Team’s first line of defence, supports colleagues in embedding compliance processes and effective risk controls. The role provides proactive oversight, delivers training, shares knowledge, and leads compliance projects with the Head of Underwriting Performance.
