The Opportunity:

Join us as an Autoglass Technician and become a key player in keeping people safe on the road. In this hands-on role, you will repair, replace, and recalibrate vehicle glass using cutting-edge tools and technology—delivering top-quality workmanship every time.

You’ll also be the face of our service, working directly with customers to provide expert advice, offer value-added products, and ensure every interaction is a great one. Your commitment to exceptional customer service will make a real difference.

  • Location: Smith&Smith Blenheim

  • Hours: 40 hours, rostered across Monday - Sunday

What we’re looking for

  • Motivated people with a passion for hands-on work, and a genuine interest in advancing technical skills with a keen eye for detail.  

  • No prior Autoglass repair and replacement experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training.

  • A passion for exceptional customer service.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to upsell value-added products and services.

  • Physical capability to repetitively lift heavy items (up to 25kg) during a normal working day.

  • A clean driver's license (restricted or full class) is a minimum requirement.

  • You must have unrestricted rights to work in New Zealand.
