About this role

The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our Contact Centre team in fixed-term positions. These roles are a fantastic way to get your foot in the door, build valuable skills, and make a real impact.

Your main focus will be to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service throughout their journey with us, with day-to-day tasks involving the handling of customer enquiries, processing orders, and addressing any concerns of complaints promptly and professionally. Embracing a cross-functional approach, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with teams across the organisation, such as logistics and branch operations – supporting our mission to help keep Kiwis safe on our roads.

You’ll be joining a collaborative and vibrant team and given full support and training to ensure you are perfectly equipped with all the knowledge and solutions you will need to help with customer queries.

Location: Napier Support Office

Hours: 30 hours rostered across Monday - Saturday

Fixed-Term Duration: January 2026 - April 2026

What we’re looking for

  • Prior experience in a customer service role, ideally with phone or administration experience.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent multitasker.

  • Confident with computers and using multiple systems.

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently while also ensuring availability to work Full Time and Part Time hours rostered between 07:00am and 07:00pm Monday to Saturday, with the Saturday worked on rotation.
