Your mandate will be to exceed our customers’ expectations by providing the highest quality of service and standards of workmanship when replacing, repairing or fitting vehicle glass and providing other company services and products.

WHAT YOU’LL DO?

  • You will play a key role in the customer experience by repairing or replacing their windshield with the utmost skill and care using our industry-leading tools;

  • Perform recalibrations of the advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) front camera;

  • Consistently meet or exceed Speedy Glass® technical standards in the installation of vehicle glass and other products, and ensure that the company’s quality and other procedures are complied with.

  • Adhere to and enforce Belron® International technical standards and work procedures for door, window and windshield repair and replacement.

  • Ensure proper tool maintenance.

  • Consistently and strictly adhere to company Health and Safety procedures using the safety equipment provided.

  • Ensure that you work within company productivity targets.

  • Represent the interests of the customer in dealing with our internal procedures, including promptly providing customer feedback and keeping customers informed of the work process being carried out.

  • Seek and identify all opportunities to increase sales (add on products) and further develop our business opportunities.

  • Always display a high level of professionalism;

  • Exercise strong attention to detail in order to add value wherever you can;

  • Foster genuine relationships with your customers and fellow team members.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED – YOUR PROFILE

  • Be eager and motivated to learn;

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs, if needed;

  • Have a valid Class 5 or Class G license (Class 7 Novice, or G2 are not considered full driver’s license);

  • Be able to drive company vehicle to complete the tasks independently at the client’s site, where required.

  • High school diploma or the equivalent.

  • Direct experience in the automotive glass repair and replacement industry is an asset.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • Results oriented team player with ability to multi task.

  • Good problem solving and communication skills.

  • Be available to work a flexible schedule.

  • Be willing to work at different Belron Canada locations near your home, when required.
