Service Engineer

Type: Remote/Full-Time
Level: Mid-Senior
You will make an impact in the following way:
- Ensure the proper functioning of solutions, handle incidents, and client requests in accordance with expected service levels (TAC2/TAC3)
- Perform monitoring and field interventions on existing installations
- Be on-call "from home" during nights/weekends as part of a rotating schedule
- Design, configure, and commission new solutions (WAN, LAN, Routing, Telephony, CCTV, etc.)
- Assist the project manager during the technical study, engineering, and project execution phases
- Provide technical support to the sales manager
- Write and maintain reports, documentation, and procedures for both internal and external use
- Provide continuous reporting
What you will bring:
- Education – INTTIC (BAC+5) graduation or similar
- Experience – 2+ years of experience in a technical support or service role in networking
- Knowledge & skills – Essential: TDM & Packet Switching, TCP/IP, Routing, MPLS, Wireless, proficiency in MS Visio, MS SQL Server, MySQL, and Office; nice to have: Cybersecurity, programming/scripting, CCNA/CCNP
- Personality – Highly autonomous and team-oriented, with strong communication and writing skills, excellent multitasking ability, and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel – Predominantly domestically 30 %
- Language proficiency – Fluency in French and English
