Role : Finance leadership of a plant as co-pilot of plant leadership  who drives transformation, provide the right solutions, ensure compliance to lift plant & group performance.

 

Missions:

 

•Perform monthly performance review with plant, ensuring adherence to GEO targets
•Establish a Business Partner relationship with its contacts in industrial sites, namely plant controllers
•Participate in the construction and budget control of Plants with Plant Controllers
•Monitor and control Raw Material and Packaging Material price variance
•Support on Estimates exercise on Raw Material / Packaging Material prices
•Produce and communicate reliable and relevant consolidated monthly and annual reports.
•Make recommendations to challenge the financial performance of the plants, ensuring adherence to the Global targets
•Provide the manager with reliable and accurate information to manage the plants and make relevant recommendations.

 

Key performance indicators and impact on results (qualitative and quantitative)

 

•Controlling/Finance leadership on plant
•Financial statements reliability & plant productivity plans
•Upgrade of plant controlling impact on operations, process efficiency, data automation
 

Required diploma and/or level of professional experience:

 

•Max 3 years graduate

 

Required skills business / technical knowhow to perform in the job :

 

•Strong spirit of analysis and synthesis
•Rigor, organization and reliability.
•Proactive
•Appetite for continuous improvement
•Specific skills (foreign languages, software, ...)
•Fluent English
•Knowledge of reporting tools
•Mastery of office automation tools (Excel) and SAP accounting and production software.
