Your Work and How You’ll Make a Difference:

 

The center's Clinical Trainer will train clinical staff with direct coordination and oversight from BCBAs, ensuring that training milestones and clinical expectations are achieved. Additionally, this position will be responsible for collaborating clinically with BCBAs, making sure that each Therapy Team operates effectively and efficiently while guaranteeing that every child makes adequate progress according to BACB’s clinical requirements. This role is vital to the center's success. It ensures that all new Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) receive training according to BACB standards and comply with the company’s training program. All training milestones must be completed as specified.

 

Compensation: $45,000

What we are looking for:

  • Must have at least one-year early intervention experience in the field of ABA (external)
  • Previous experience in a leadership role that required supervision of employees
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
  • Must be RBT IV or higher (internal)
  • Time management skills, observation skills, and analytical skills
  • Ability to receive detailed information through written and verbal communication
  • Willingness to learn and implement new skills, as well as the ability to train others
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Friendly and engaging personality
  • Reliable transportation is required
