Provide Telecommunications department with the following skills and services: Develop, install, modify and maintain hospital wide telephony system using industry accepted tools or procedures to accomplish. Able to work independent of technical vendor and achieve maximum system featurability and functionality. Investigate problems/malfunctions and resolve operational issues working to determine corrective action plan to maintain a viable and productive environment. Monitor total system performance and capacities, identify and obtain approval and implement improvements to optimize system productivity. Define, know and follow procedures/standards and provide appropriate documentation for each application in production system. Recommend new standards where applicable. Work with IS staff and end-user professionals in an on-going development and support of core and remote modular business systems. Document and train staff and end-users on easy to follow features and functionality of the telephony applications and phone system.

Located in beautiful historic Lewes, Delaware, Beebe Healthcare offers an array of inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and diagnostic services. Founded in 1916 by two physician brothers, Drs. James Beebe and Richard C. Beebe, the hospital on the Margaret H. Rollins Health Campus in Lewes, is a 210-licensed-bed, not-for-profit community hospital.
Beebe's specialized service lines include cardiac and vascular, oncology, orthopedics, population and community health, women's health, and surgical services.
In addition to the Margaret H. Rollins Lewes Campus, Beebe operates two additional health campuses. The Rehoboth Beach Health Campus includes the Tunnell Cancer Center, Outpatient Surgery Center, Specialty Surgical Hospital, outpatient services and Beebe Medical Group practices. The South Coastal Health Campus includes a free-standing emergency department and South Coastal Cancer Center. There are additional locations for primary care, specialty services, and outpatient services in Georgetown, Long Neck, Milford, Millsboro, and Millville. Beebe also offers Home Care throughout Sussex County and is proud to have the only hospital-based nursing school in the state, the Margaret H. Rollins School of Nursing.
