Description du poste
Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un Chef d’équipe électricien (H/F) expérimenté pour intervenir sur des chantiers tertiaires, logements et industriels.
Rattaché(e) au conducteur de travaux, vous êtes responsable de la bonne exécution des travaux sur des petits chantiers, tant sur le plan technique qu’organisationnel.
Profil recherché :
Expérience confirmée en industrie
Polyvalence : pas uniquement tirage/câblage, mais aussi raccordements techniques (ex. : batteries de compensation)
Autonomie et capacité à gérer un chantier de manière indépendante
Compétence en haute et basse tension (principalement BT).
Permis B obligatoire
Compétences & qualités requises :
Maîtrise des installations électriques tertiaire / logement / industrie
Leadership et capacité à encadrer une équipe
Sens de l’organisation et rigueur
Bon relationnel client et esprit d’équipe
Capacité à anticiper et résoudre les problématiques techniques
