Now Hiring: Lead Teacher for Twos and Threes Classroom (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Shift)


Location: 3224 Barksdale Blvd., Bossier City, LA 71112

What You'll Do:


As a Lead Teacher, you’ll play a big role in the small moments that matter. Your day will include:



  • Leading and organizing a nurturing classroom experience

  • Building trust and strong connections with families

  • Keeping your space safe, clean, and full of warmth


What We're Looking For:


We're all about growth—both for our children and our team. We're searching for someone who is:



  • At least 18 years old

  • Holds a high school diploma or GED

  • Has experience in a licensed childcare setting

  • CPR & First Aid certified

  • Able to pass a background check

  • Ready to work Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
