Follows safety precautions to prevent product contamination and injuries to self or others. Responsibilities and Essential Duties Keeps facilities and common areas clean and maintained. Vacuums, sweeps, buffs and mops floors. Cleans and stocks restrooms. Cleans up spills with appropriate equipment. Notifies managers of necessary repairs. Collects and disposes of trash. Assists guests when necessary. Properly cleans upholstered furniture. Additional duties as assigned. QualificationsTechnical Skills Required Attention to detail. Basic math skills. Able to read and write English preferred Experience Required Ability to manage time efficiently. Work well unsupervised. Handle basic maintenance and cleaning. High school diploma. preferred Hard worker. Physical Requirements Regularly sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time. Ability to sit, balance, climb, stand, bend, squat, squeeze, kneel, turn, crouch, stoop repeatedly. Physically able to lift 50 pounds frequently. Frequent exposure to varying temperatures, loud noises, heavy machinery, fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, electrical current, chemicals, and vibrations.
