As a Manager in the Global Employment Law Team, you will work closely with our People & Culture teams. You’ll help shape the global and local people & culture strategy from an employment law perspective and support the implementation of firmwide projects and initiatives.
You’ll build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, co-designing Staff Handbooks, employment agreements, guidelines and benefit plans. Your approach will focus on establishing yourself as a Business Partner whilst managing employment law requirements and risks.
You are a fully qualified lawyer, interested in employment law, you are solution-oriented and enthusiastic about innovative topics. Your main tasks are:
