About the Role:
We are currently looking to add a FT Resident in Counseling to join on team in a hybrid setting. As a Resident in Counseling, you will be responsible for providing individual and group counseling sessions to clients with substance abuse and mental health disorders. You will work to provide high quality care; evidence-based care tailored to each client's needs. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client. Your ultimate goal will be to help patients achieve long-term recovery and improve their overall quality of life.

As a counselor, you will utilize your strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and provide them with the support they need to achieve long-term recovery. You will also use your expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities to develop and implement effective treatment plans. In addition, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care. Your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment will be critical to your success in this role. Finally, your commitment to staying current with best practices and trends in substance abuse and mental health treatment will enable you to provide the highest quality care to our patients.
