This role involves ensuring efficient intercompany order fulfillment, inventory management, and timely delivery to support overall production and sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:**
* Develop, implement, and maintain intercompany planning schedules to align with production plans, sales forecasts, and inventory targets.
* Coordinate with various internal departments (e.g., Production, Procurement, Logistics, Sales) to ensure seamless execution of intercompany transfers.
* Monitor intercompany inventory levels across different locations and recommend strategies for optimization, including stock transfers and safety stock adjustments.
* Process and track intercompany purchase orders and sales orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established lead times.
* Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues related to intercompany shipments, including delays, damages, or incorrect quantities.
* Analyze intercompany demand and supply trends to proactively identify potential bottlenecks or opportunities for improvement.
* Collaborate with finance teams to reconcile intercompany transactions and ensure accurate invoicing and cost allocation.
* Participate in the development and improvement of intercompany planning processes and systems.
* Prepare and present regular reports on intercompany performance, including key metrics such as on-time delivery, inventory turns, and order fulfillment rates.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and procedures regarding intercompany transactions.

Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or intercompany logistics, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and their application in intercompany planning.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Turkish is a significant advantage.
* Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures for intercompany movements is a plus.
