Job Summary

 

The Support Officer is responsible for ensuring timely conversion of approved loan to actual booking in line with the Banks standards and requirements.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Conduct thorough review of loan documents and properly coordinate with clients to ensure compliance in pre-booking loan requirements within the Bank’s standards and requirements

  • Coordinate with Loans Administration Team in the final review of documents to effect loan booking

  • Closely monitor compliance of post-booking deficiencies through coordination with Account Officer concerned and/or clients / referrers / business partners

  • Assist the Account Officer in handling and managing client signing of loan documents and attend to all other client concerns

 

Qualiifications

 

  • Bachelors’ degree in any Business course or related degrees

  • Has at least 1 year work experience in Product and Legal documentation

  • Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel

  • Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
