Job Summary

He /She/ They responsible for the processing and settlement of financial transactions and corresponding corporate actions including but not limited to maturities, coupon/interest payment for all investments of Trust Group accounts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process financial transactions for Offshore Fixed Income Securities, Equities, Funds & FX
    • check trades in the Trust System vs. trade tickets and counterparty confirmation
    • monitor and report daily status of trades
    • process cash and securities settlements
    • monitor documentation requirements for specific transactions
    • coordinate timely trade settlement with counterparties and custodians
  • Enforce compliance to internal policies and procedures as well as external regulatory agencies

 

Qualifications:

  • Holder of a Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferably with minimum of 2 years experience in Trust Operations (peferably Settlements)
  • Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati
