Responsibilities: 

 

Execution of Sales Strategies

  • Delivers against all key sales metrics (KRA)
  • In-charge of formulating the channel strategy for credit cards, cash installments, personal loans, corporate cards and salary loans at Branch Banking Group, and effectively conveying and implementing the strategy within the sales team. 
  • Responsible for creating and implementing channel strategies to drive growth in alignment with the strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain channel procedures to enhance bank efficiency by sharing best practices and driving continual improvement. 

 

Strategic Management

  • Develop, implement and manage Sales Strategies for Credit Cards and Cash Installments. 
  • Establish healthy relationship with Branch Banking Group (BBG) Region Head, Area Heads, Branch Managers and Marketing Officers. 
  • Ensures a sturdy relationship with the cross functional teams (Credit, Service Fulfillment Unit, Brand Sales, Risk and Marketing)
  • Actively seeks ways and proposes and implements actions to improve process

 

Qualifications: 

  • at least 10 yrs relevant experience of which 5 yrs must be on sales and management level 
  • with sales experience in banking or credit card industry is a plus
