Role Responsibilities:
- In charge of active development, maintenance and sharing of Enterprise Architecture catalogs, guardrails and artifacts for respective domain.
- Support in the definition and implementation of technology road maps in your respective domains
- Support in identifying required technical capabilities for new business requirements and demands.
- Provide technical expertise to solution architects, platform owners and application owners during software/services definition and build
- Support in defining and executing training plans for solution architects and community of architects (e.g. architecture methodology, domain knowledge, etc.)
Competencies:
- Communication Skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences and build consensus.
- Strong knowledge on technologies, trends, concepts, and best practices of respective architecture and business domain.
- Proficiency in business and technical analysis, along with modelling and graphical representations and abstractions
- Analytical Skills: Problem-solving capabilities, strong analytical skills, and flexibility to be able to handle complex situations as necessary
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
- At least 8 years of experience in IT software/ services definition, build and management.
- Experience as Technical Lead in a major technology implementation
- Banking or financial industry experience is a plus
- Certification in Architecture Framework (e.g. TOGAF) is a plus but not required
- Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati.
