Responsibilities
The position is primarily responsible for:

Identification of qualified existing Sales Contract Receivables (SCR) accounts for booking to Consumer Banking Group or other Financing Homes Loans, including full endorsement of accounts after acceptance of CBG

Endorses to CBG the required documents on new sales of conditional approval of CBG home loan

Provides CBG the management approval on new sale for processing of final home loan approval and booking

Does initial call out on qualified SCR clients for availment of home loan

Notifies client on payment transfer expenses for the transfer of Title and Tex Declaration to Buyer’s name

Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College degree, preferably Business Course graduates

Must possess good communications skills, computer literate and can work with minimum supervision

Analytical, hardworking, people and service-oriented, has the ability to work under pressure and a team player

Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas

Must be a Filipino citizen
