Job summary
The Channel Manager is responsible for creating and implementing effective acquisition plans and managing initiatives that will drive the growth of all digital bank products of BDO for specific regional areas/assigned channels. Likewise, he/she is expected to build partnerships and execute effective acquisition programs with other brands and with SM Group affiliates through tie-ups of his/her assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the lead implementer and end-to-end owner of all acquisition-related projects & campaigns to drive the growth and meet targets of BDO’s Digital Banking products through new downloads and sign-ups within his/her assigned specific region
- Assigned to build and nurture partnerships with internal and external stakeholders within his/her assigned regions. This would entail managing strategic partnership initiatives that will drive acquisition and growth for all digital banking products. He/she will be assigned to continuously communicate in person with the assigned partners for developments of the projects, and in dealing with the needs/requirements of the Bank to carry out the planned initiatives in his/her assigned region.
- Assist in the strategic planning stage of acquisitions to develop innovative and effective tactical campaigns across touchpoints, products and segments. Along with Channel Managers, he/she must be able to spot new opportunities to mold and improve his/her assigned channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business
- With at least 5 years of experience in Sales, Digital Marketing, Acquisition, Digital Product Management and Channel Management
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
