Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise unit heads across Provident Funds, Loans, Cashiering, Custody, Accounting, and UITF
- Authorize key transactions and regulatory reports
- Drive process improvements and risk mitigation strategies
- Implement efficient processes and standards
- Identify and mitigate operational risks
- Ensure compliance with BSP and BIR regulations
- Review policies and guidelines for regulatory compliance
- Ensure strong coordination in project implementation
- Collaborate across departments for issue resolution and policy updates
Qualifications:
- College degree in Business (Accounting major preferred)
- At least 10 years of experience in Trust Operations
- Leadership, Operational Excellence & Technical Proficiency: Strong management skills, experience in IT systems implementation, data analytics, and regulatory compliance; highly organized and analytical with conflict resolution and negotiation capabilities.
- Personal Effectiveness & Team Development: Demonstrates professionalism, adaptability, customer focus, and initiative; excels in coaching others, leading change, and fostering collaboration across teams.
