What will you be doing?
You'll lead a team of talented professionals while managing a diverse client portfolio. Your days include:
· Building strategic client partnerships through regular visits, becoming their trusted advisor on decisions that matter
· Coaching and developing talent while ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients
· Driving new business opportunities by actively participating in developing projects and services
· Sharing expertise through seminars, conferences, and publications
What do you bring to the table?
You’re looking to make a difference, we’re looking for the following elements to help you get there.
· At least 10 years of experience in a similar role or environment
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Economics
· ITAA certification is a plus (we support your journey)
· Fluent Dutch and strong English; French is a plus
· Natural leader who's proactive, client-focused, and pragmatic
· Familiarity with the Antwerp region and a natural ability to broaden your network
