What will you be doing?
- Analysis of the Target’s financial statements in the context of due diligence, valuation or Info Memo preparation
- Preparation of Q&A for Target’s management
- Research of potential acquisition targets in the context of a vendor’s mandate
- Research of industry related information to support the preparation of Information Memorandum
- Draft reporting of due diligence report, valuation report and/or Information Memorandum
What do you bring to the table?
- You are (or will be) in your second year of Master
- Excellent French and Advanced working knowledge of English
- Strong understanding of Excel and how it can be applied to corporate finance
- Good knowledge PowerPoint is essential for drawing up reports.
- Prior traineeship experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, private equity, audit or similar environment is a strong asset
- Analytic mindset triggered to understand complex problems
- Can do and result driven attitude

- You can expect to receive guidance on your thesis and also rely on more experienced colleagues to share their knowledge.
- Internship duration: minimum of 3 month, at least 4 days a week.
