Responsible for operating equipment in department safely and producing quality products per documentation. Perform quality checks, changeovers, SAP data entries, and basic troubleshooting. Ensures compliance with BD quality systems, policies, procedures and best practices, and all local, state, federal and BD safety regulations, policies and procedures. Regular, punctual attendance is an essential job function. Willing and able to uphold BD Values.

Realice comprobaciones de calidad, cambios, entradas de datos de SAP y resolución de problemas básicos. Garantiza el cumplimiento de los sistemas, políticas, procedimientos y mejores prácticas de calidad de BD, y de todas las regulaciones, políticas y procedimientos de seguridad locales, estatales, federales y de BD. Responsibilities:

• Work as one of a team for maximum effectiveness and optimal task methods, which includes product inspection, operating equipment, raw material and finished goods movements and clean room area and equipment cleaning / sanitizing

• Perform visual inspections

• Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment

• Perform changeovers, line clearance and cleaning

• Achieve production rate and quality goals on assigned equipment

• Facilitate continuous operation of the equipment through breaks

• Perform rework

• Cross train where needed within the department to support the business

• Maintina all quality and GMP standards

• Perform needed SAP data entries

• May require the use of 10x microscope, calipers, and/or other miscellaneous gauges

• Participate on blitz teams as assigned

• Other duties as required to support the needs of the business

• Facilitar el funcionamiento continuo del equipo a través de descansos

• Realizar retrabajo

• Capacitación cruzada cuando sea necesario dentro del departamento para apoyar el negocio

• Maintina todos los estándares de calidad y GMP

• Realizar las entradas de datos SAP necesarias

• Puede requerir el uso de un microscopio de 10x, calibradores y/u otros medidores misceláneos

• Participa en equipos de blitz según se te asigne

• Otras tareas que se requieran para respaldar las necesidades de la empresa

Education/Educación:

• High School diploma/GED preferred

• In lieu of High School diploma/GED, two years manufacturing experience is required

• Diploma de escuela secundaria / GED preferido

Experience/Experiencia:                 

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred

• Previous experience with MES preferred

• Previous experience with precision measuring instruments preferred
