Boston College High School is a Catholic, Jesuit, independent school serving approximately 1300 young men across grades 7-12 from various communities across Massachusetts. ROLE PURPOSE
Boston College High School is seeking a Head Varsity Outdoor Track Coach. The coach will report directly to the Athletic Director. The coach must have an extensive track background with a commitment to character formation, the mission of the school, and the values of the BC High Athletic Department of hard work, humility, respect, and teamwork.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
The Head Varsity Outdoor Track Coach will organize, lead, and execute daily practice plans and be responsible in leading and developing assistant coaches and be a positive mentor to our student-athletes. The coach should be someone who can develop strong, healthy relationships with the athletes, assistant coaches, athletic trainers, strength and conditioning coaches, and all members of the BC High community.
Manage 4-5 assistant coaches as well as work with sub-varsity coaches from JV to 7th Grade.
