¿Qué estamos buscando?
Visit and call on BEC clients proactively together with the BEC Bankers and COMEX Specialists to identify new FX business opportunities. Focus on analyzing clients’ needs in terms of foreign currencies purchase/ sell and currency risk coverage - Support the FX products commercialization, pricing FX requests and elaborating product presentations and proposals. Assist BBVA commercial branches and BEC Bankers in understanding FX products and CIB commercial and operating procedures - Provide direct support to the most active FX clients, managing directly the client relationship to originate and close FX operations. Offer a specialized advisory service about the market situation, drivers and product adequacy - Target new clients, together with the COMEX Specialists of each branch. Focus on boosting the FX market share and profitability in the region under his/ her responsibility - Collaborate with the BEC Banker in getting the operation risk approval. Assist in presenting the operation to the Risk unit and in elaborating all supporting documentation - Execute the FX operations/ transactions, registering them in the BBVA internal applications and/ or coordinating the deal closing with the FX Trading desk - Assist middle and back office in the transactions’ settlement and in solving all kind of problems and incidences. Monitor the post-trade process, giving feedback to the clients about the status of the operation - Identify FX training needs for the BEC and Retail units. Carry out specialized training actions, elaborating the presentations and documentation related to these courses - Assist the FX Sales Manager in organizing events and marketing actions to promote the FX business with the Retail and BEC units - Collaborate with the Sales Networks FX flow unit manager in overseeing the FX activity and results. Monitor FX operations pipeline and budget compliance - Review relevant legal documentation and contracts in collaboration with Legal CIB - Participate in the strategic and pipeline committees of the Riskpyme regional unit and the BEC unit - Liaise alongside with the FX Trading desk and BEC and Retail units in order to mainstream and coordinate the product and customer needs’ knowledge - Stay abreast of the specific regulation that may affect the FX products commercialization to the BEC and Retail clients. - Generate recurrent income in order to meet the revenue targets that are set each year for the Sales Networks FX flow unit and the regional unit overall budget - Report to the in-line manager on a periodic and ad-hoc basis about main performance indicatorsEn caso de requerir algún ajuste razonable en tu proceso de selección, comunícalo al reclutador/a en el primer contacto.
