We’re currently seeking a Primary Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is energized by patient interaction, committed to excellence, and excited to be part of a team that makes a real difference every day.

What You’ll Do
- Create a warm, welcoming experience for every patient
- Provide high-quality nursing care under the direction of physicians and office leadership
- Room patients, obtain and document vital signs, and maintain accurate EHR records
- Administer medications and injections safely and accurately, ensuring complete documentation (medication, dosage, route, lot number, and patient response)
- Update patient information at each visit, including medications, allergies, and medical/family history
- Answer patient phone calls, assist with questions, and route messages to providers efficiently
- Support smooth clinic operations while maintaining professionalism and compassion
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Active LPN license in the state of Virginia
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and clinical procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to travel to satellite locations as needed

Our team of hospital physicians provides in-patient services at Chesapeake Regional Medical Center, Sentara Leigh Hospital, Sentara Obici Hospital, Sentara Princess Anne Hospital, and Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital.
In order to help our patients navigate a myriad of healthcare options, Bayview offers the convenience of electronic medical records and our offices are equipped with state of the art technology. We offer lab services at all locations and x-ray services at select locations, including all of our Urgent Care centers.

What you'll do
- The Primary Care LPN will create a welcoming experience for patients and provide high-quality nursing care under the direction of physicians. Responsibilities include rooming patients, documenting vital signs, administering medications, and supporting clinic operations.
