Bayview Physicians Group is the largest independent multi-specialty medical group serving the Hampton Roads are of Virginia. Bayview is seeking Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners join our Critical Care Medicine team on night rotations in Chesapeake, VA. We are seeking high quality PA-Cs and NPs who are able to provide exceptional patient care in the inpatient setting.

- Provide comprehensive clinical care for ICU patients during night shifts
- Perform advanced procedures (central lines, arterial lines, intubation, chest tubes) depending on scope of practice and credentialing
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions in critically ill patients
- Respond to emergencies and code situations (RRTs, Code Blue) within the hospital
- Write orders, progress notes, and communicate effectively with nursing and consulting teams
- Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and compliance with evidence base-protocols

We offer lab services at all locations and x-ray services at select locations, including all of our Urgent Care centers.
