Baystate Health, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare quality and safety, and home to Baystate Medical Practices, the largest multispecialty group in the region is looking for a an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Care Team at Mason Square Community Health Center. Mason Square Health Center offers a variety of specialty services for their primary care patients. Serves a community that includes pediatric and adult patient population.
RN - 32 hours - Full Time Benefits
Responsibilities
Provides nursing support working closely with medical providers
Provides education, ongoing assessment and support to patients
Triage and patient visits for Primary Care.
Portal Message management
Nurse visits, education visits, scheduling in CB, administering vaccinations, prior authorization process approval and prescription management.
Required Work Experience:
Massachusetts license as an RN and BLS CPR certified.
Minimum of 2 year of nursing experience
Demonstrated interest to work with patients from diverse economic and cultural backgrounds
Ideal candidate will have both adult and pediatric experience and/ or be willing to train and work with our pediatric patient population
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have competency in delivering exceptional nursing care and have proven success in partnering with both physicians and staff
Schedule and Location
Location - Mason Square Health Center - 11 Wilbraham Rd. Springfield MA
Full Time Monday - Friday
Schedule 8AM - 2PM
