DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

• Wesson Women’s and Infants is a labor and delivery unit.

• Our unit contains 38 patient rooms, three operation rooms and a PACU, three nurses station’s, a newborn nursery, and our Welcome Center.

• We perform approximately 4,200 births annually, and we are the only perinatal high risk antepartum unit between Albany NY and Hartford CT

• We have a level III NICU on site to care for our littlest patients

SCHEDULE:

• Full Time Nights 36 hours 7 PM- 7 AM

• Every other weekend and rotating holidays

• Location: Baystate Medical Center Springfield

Pay:

• New Grad RN (0-1 year of RN Licensure) $41.00

• Experienced RN (1+ years of RN Licensure) $42.66-$65.00

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year RN experience required.

• Education: AND required; BSN preferred.
