JOB SUMMARY
Reporting into the Team Lead, the Equipment and Return Technician will be responsible for the rental, return processing, and preparation of equipment for Bayshore Speciality Rx clients.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages inventory, documentation, and control of all client equipment including infusion pumps, chargers, poles, and bolus cords.
Maintains computer system records of all client equipment locations, usages, maintenance, repairs and returns, etc.
Conducts reprocessing of client equipment according to policy to ensure all client equipment is cleaned, safe, and ready for client use.
Receives and handles returned client equipment in accordance with infection control standards and policies.
Processes medical waste as returned independently or with equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a warehouse setting considered an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong computer literacy skills
