Job Description:
Student is to assist Professor with duties as determined by the Professor. Must be punctual and able to do multiple tasks. These duties include, but are not limited to: Filing, Copying, Taking attendance, and other duties as it relates to the studio.
- Provide general office assistance and support
- Greet clients and visitors with excellent customer service; answer inquiries and provide information
- Maintain files and reports and ensure confidentiality of information
- Assist with various projects, activities or tasks as needed
- Ability to comply with University policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
