Job Description: 

The position will be responsible for, but not limited to, set-up and breakdown and providing hydration for practices, games, and workouts. Assisting with sanitation, maintenance, organization, and inventory of all facilities and equipment.  Communicating with and completing any other responsibilities or tasks given to you by your supervisor. Attending required meetings/events throughout the semester.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time in various weather conditions and climb stairs
  • Able, but not limited to, carrying 50 pound coolers and weights with assistance
  • Able to multi-task and function in high stress environment
  • Organized and show attention to detail
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Keep confidential information
  • Perform business operations duties for assigned area of responsibility 
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients  
  • Ability to prioritize and take initiative 
  • Assist with various projects, activities and tasks related to business operations 
  • Ability to comply with University policies  
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
