Senior Solutions Architect | ||

For Digital Hub Warsaw, we are looking for:
Senior Solutions Architect ( Exchange & Teams)
The primary objective of this role is staff augmentation. In this role you will support existing Bayer Solutions Architects on a variety of projects and initiatives, including architecture topics, migrations, and operational tasks. This is a long-term engagement with the intent to contribute across multiple projects over time. You will be fully integrated into the Collaboration Solutions Squad and will work closely with other squads such as Infrastructure, Security, and Identity & Access Management.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Support architecture and migration initiatives
• Assist in designing and implementing Exchange Server architectures (On-Premises, Hybrid, and Online).
• Contribute to migration projects (e.g., On-Prem to Exchange Online), including planning, execution, and post-migration support.
• Participate in architecture reviews and provide input on best practices.
• Microsoft Exchange Administration
• Support operational tasks related to Exchange environments.
• Automate administrative processes using PowerShell.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in collaboration with the architecture team.
• Assist in designing Teams environments and governance frameworks.
• Support integration with telephony systems (Direct Routing, SBCs, PSTN).
• Contribute to security and compliance configurations within Teams.
• Provide input on Teams apps and bots initiatives ( optional)
• Work with squads responsible for infrastructure, security, and identity management to ensure seamless integration.
• Document architecture decisions, migration plans, and operational procedures.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Competencies:
• Strong understanding of Azure Active Directory (AAD), Conditional Access, Identity Management
• Experience with Azure networking (VNets, NSGs, VPN, ExpressRoute)
• Familiarity with Azure security and monitoring (e.g., Defender, Log Analytics)
• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, firewall configuration
• Experience with QoS, bandwidth management, and VoIP
• Understanding of hybrid network architectures and cloud connectivity
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and team orientation
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues in an understandable way
