Main Purpose

 

Carrying out and attaining the mission and the goals of the BCS Sales Arg. Department, offering advice, support and solutions to their clients to ensure the business is running as efficiently and effectively as possible.

 

Your mission Will be to

 

  • Visits clients to identify and evaluate their business and/or technical requirements, assisting them with business planning, planning applications and new business ventures.
  • Collects and analyzes data, crop yield and financial reports to measure performance, preparing and/or modifying business and/or operating plans.
  • Plans and implements improvements for the client such as using
  • more effective pest control measures and organizing and conducting field trials to find solutions to clients' problems.
  • Organizes presentations, demonstrations, training and farm walks
  • for clients, colleagues, partnership organizations, professional bodies and other interested groups.
  • Communicates effectively, both in writing and orally, with
  • clients, colleagues and members of the public.
  • Promotes consultancy services to new customers, while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Researches and keeps up to date with any relevant developments in agriculture
  • Undertakes administrative duties, managing accounts, updating information and preparing reports.

  • University degree or equivalent in Commercial education (Agronomy, Agriculture, Agribusiness)
  • At least 6 years of professional experience in agribusiness Sales and Marketing
  • Compliance/antitrust/legal knowledge
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Communication skills
  • Experience in monitoring and evaluation of performance of business units and/or regional/local or community socio-economic development projects will be an asset.
  • Location: Córdoba Este: Villa María, Laboulaye, Canals, La Carlota, Monte Maíz, Serrano.
