Expert / Sr Associate in Finance
As a Senior Associate/Expert in our dynamic Finance Team, you will play a crucial role in managing financial services for our external service vendors. Collaborating closely with vendors, Bayer caretakers, commercial leads, and service managers, you will ensure seamless financial operations and contribute to our mission of delivering excellence in vendor management.
Your Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Validate monthly invoices, attribute details, exceptions, and supporting data promptly and consistently;
- Administer disputed items, ensuring invoicing aligns with contract terms and pricing exhibits, and recommend payment actions for client consideration;
- Conduct monthly reviews, validate, track, and secure approval for Performance Credits due to the Supplier;
- Follow up on contract-related issues from initiation through resolution, addressing any aspects of the Supplier/Bayer relationship;
- Maintain and resolve action items arising from monthly and quarterly reconciliations.
Who You Are:
- Professional experience (at least 3 years) in the S2P/Finance area;
- Proficient communication skills in spoken and written English; a second language is a plus;
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and strong knowledge of SAP systems and tools used in the MD area (SAP FI, SAP MM, YOUR-DOCeS);
- Strong analytical skills, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, dedication, accuracy, and motivation;
- Excellent organizational skills, eagerness to learn, and ability to operate in a highly intercultural environment;
- Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate flexibility.

Contract for this position is currently offered for 12 months.
