AI Product Manager

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• AI Solution Design & Development
  
  • Design and implement AI solutions leveraging Generative AI models (LLMs) and AI Agents for commercial use cases such as  customer engagement, marketing analytics, sales enablement, operational efficiency
  • Develop prototypes and intelligent workflows leveraging platforms such as Copilot Studio and Amazon Bedrock
• Business & Solution Integration 
  
  • Collaborate with data engineers and software teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems
  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and ethical AI practices
• Commercial Strategy & Consultation
  
  • Partner with Customer Engagement and Product teams to identify AI-driven opportunities and translate business problems into technical solutions
  • Act as a consultant to business stakeholders, offering insights into business processes and AI capabilities
• Technical Execution & Prototyping
  
  • Rapidly build and test prototypes to validate business hypotheses utilizing services such as Azure AI Services, Copilot Studio and Amazon Bedrock
  • Write and optimize Python scripts for AI model customization and automation

WHO YOU ARE:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (prefer someone with Computer Science or related degree)
• At least 4 years of experience in solving challenging technical problems in 2 or more of the following areas:
  
  • Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering) and AI Agent frameworks
  • Prompt optimization and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
  • Application development with Python, R, Java, Scala or C/C++
  • Copilot Studio or Amazon Bedrock for AI Agent and Agent flow automation
  • Developing AI/ML workflows
  • Rapid iteration using CI/CD technologies and DevOps / MLOps
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Strong understanding of commercial processes
• Versatility mindset — comfortable switching between hands on prototyping, architecture and stakeholder consulting
• Pragmatic and experiment-driven — prioritizes rapid validation and measurable outcomes
• Collaborative — builds trust across business, IT and external partners
• Business level Japanese (N2 or above as a guide)  and Business Level English
