BAYADA Home Health Care has immediate opportunities on our HICU® Health Services team for LPNs interested in helping infants and young children transition from the hospital to home in the New York area!

The HICU® Health Services Hospital at Home ICU Nurse works in a team-based environment acting as an extension of a hospital care team, delivering quality skilled nursing care to clients at home.

Qualifications for HICU® Health Services Hospital at Home ICU Nurses:
- Have a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Have a least one year of verifiable work experience as an LPN
- NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience
- Demonstrated competence in infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care (demonstrated in home or lab)
