
Description
The Wraparound Coach shall embrace and model the principles of family centered practice and high fidelity wraparound with clients and program staff. The Wraparound Coach is responsible for coaching, training and collaborating with wraparound serving programs. Coaching and training focuses on fidelity to principles, skill-building, observation, and skill practice to ensure high-quality service delivery.
What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference...
· Provide individual and group coaching/training to Care Coordinators and Family
Partners in the 4 components of Wraparound including Phases & Principles, Theory of Change, and FP/ICC Skillsets.
· Provide coaching to Care Coordinators and Family Partners utilizing tools such as Shadowing, Behavioral Rehearsal and Live Coaching.
· Work with Care Coordinators, Family Partners and other leadership to develop, implement, and review Coaching Plans with staff as needed.
· Meet with supervisors and CSA leadership to and review and address program and staff needs for wraparound coaching and training.
· Provide coaching and training to program supervisors around utilizing coaching tools and coaching plans with staff.
· Collaborate with other programs utilizing Family Partner or lived experience roles, both within Bay State and in the community.
· Provide Family Partner services and supervision to staff in the areas outlined below:
· Provide and supervise services consistent with best practice in High Fidelity Wraparound, the Family Partner Practice Profile and CSA Performance Specifications.
· Assist parent/caregiver with meeting the needs of the youth and meet one or more of the following purposes: Educating, Supporting, Coaching, Modeling, and Guiding.
· Educating, Teaching parent/caregiver how to navigate the child serving systems and processes
· Fostering empowerment, including linkages to parent/peer support groups and self help groups
· Teaching parent/caregivers how to identify formal and community based resources (e.g., afterschool programs, food assistance, housing resources etc.)
· Assist in developing and identifying with the family their natural supports
· Develop community partnerships with formal and informal community resources
· As needed, provide weekly individual supervision to Family Partners on staff; all supervision must be documented in files accessible for review by the MCE during the site review process or upon request
· Supervision notes must contain, at a minimum, information regarding frequency of supervision, format of supervision, supervisors’ credentials, and general content of supervision sessions Quality Management
· Meet productivity expectations
· Maintain policies and procedures for safety and well-being that are consistent with the standards of Bay State Community Services

Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in the Human Service field and 1 year of experience working with
the target population OR Associate’s degree in the Human Service field and 1 year
experience working with children/adolescent/or transitional age youth OR High school
diploma or High School Equivalency Test and a minimum of 2 years’ experience
working with children/adolescents/or transitional age youth.
· Experience as a caregiver of a youth with special needs, and preferably a youth with
mental health needs
· Requires 2 years’ supervisory or coaching experience.
· Experience in navigating any of the child and family serving systems and teaching
family members who are involved with the child and family serving systems
· Experience in working collaboratively with state agencies, consumer advocacy groups,
and/or behavioral health outpatient facilities.
· Tier 2 High Fidelity Wraparound & Wraparound Coach Certifications.
