Your Purpose as a Receptionist/Barista:

• Greet showroom customers and determine the nature of their visit. 
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson. 
• Answer incoming phone calls and directs caller to appropriate department/individual, or takes a thorough message, if needed. 
• Prepares and serves pre-made beverages and snacks while maintaining consistent quality, presentation, and a positive customer experience. Ensures all health, safety, and sanitation standards are followed.   
• Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer. Discovers and responds to customer needs. 
• Other duties as assigned by Management. 

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
• Customer service experience preferred

Your Well-Being:

• Competitive Pay: $16-$18/hour
• Work Schedule: Full-time, Tuesday - Saturday (Saturdays required), 7am - 4pm
