Poste : Technicien·ne de Maintenance Centrale
📍 Localisation : Lessines
Votre mission :
En tant que Technicien·ne de Maintenance Centrale, vous êtes un acteur clé du bon fonctionnement des installations techniques d’un site pharmaceutique de pointe 🏭. Vous garantissez la fiabilité, la performance et la sécurité des équipements essentiels au fonctionnement du site.
Vos responsabilités :
Assurer la maintenance préventive et curative des installations techniques.
Intervenir rapidement en cas de panne afin de limiter l’impact sur la production.
Contribuer à l’amélioration continue et au développement de nouveaux systèmes.
Superviser les interventions des sous-traitants et veiller au respect des procédures.
Participer à l’organisation et à l’exécution des shut-downs.
Assurer une traçabilité rigoureuse des interventions (GDP).
Appliquer strictement les exigences sécurité, environnement et GMP.
Assurer un rôle de garde (après formation, à partir de la 2ᵉ année).
Votre profil :
🎓 Diplôme de Technicien A2 en électromécanique ou équivalent.
Une première expérience (2–3 ans) en maintenance industrielle est un atout.
Des connaissances en techniques frigorifiques constituent un plus ❄️.
Esprit d’équipe, autonomie, rigueur et sens de l’initiative.
Flexibilité horaire et disponibilité lors des shut-downs.
À l’aise avec les outils informatiques ; compréhension passive de l’anglais appréciée.
Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement réglementé (GMP).
