Ihre Aufgaben
- Eigenverantwortliche Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen für einen definierten Mitarbeiterkreis
- Kompetenter Ansprechpartner für alle internen und externen Anfragen rund um die Entgeltabrechnung
- Erstellung von Bescheinigungen für Mitarbeitende sowie für Behörden und Institutionen
- Aktive Beobachtung und Umsetzung gesetzlicher Neuerungen im Bereich Lohn und Gehalt
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung, idealerweise auch in einer beratenden Funktion (z. B. Steuerkanzlei oder Wirtschaftsprüfung)
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Maß an Diskretion, Genauigkeit und Zahlenverständnis
