What You’ll Be Doing:
- Full Transformations: Execute end-to-end bathroom remodels including showers, baths, sinks, toilets, flooring, and cabinetry.
- Demolition & Prep: Clean demo and debris haul-away. We keep our jobsites spotless.
- Technical Skill: Perform light plumbing, drywall work, and advanced carpentry (such as subfloor replacement, trim work).
- Project Management: Check in with the Production Manager daily, manage provided materials, and lead a helper when assigned.
- Customer Experience: Perform final walk-throughs with homeowners to ensure 100% satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven track record in all aspects of bathroom remodeling.
- Specialty: Preferred familiarity with acrylic product installations.
- The "White Glove" Mindset: Extreme attention to detail and a professional, "customer-first" attitude.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift heavy objects and maintain high energy throughout the project.
- Reliability: Excellent time management and organizational skills.

What you'll do
- The Lead Bathroom Remodeler will execute end-to-end bathroom remodels, including demolition, technical work, and project management. They will also ensure customer satisfaction through final walk-throughs with homeowners.
