We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels including email and social media.
- Collaborate with the team to develop engaging clientele responses via phone, text and email.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email and text to our prospective clients.
- Participate in generating innovative ideas for marketing initiatives.
Experience
- Previous experience or coursework in marketing, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Customer service via phone is needed.
- Proficiency in or similar data entry management systems is desirable.
- Excellent research skills with attention to detail and ability to analyze data effectively.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
