POSITION SUMMARY:
The Lamination Tech removes all air from wet glass using a brush and/or roller. Applies layers of wet glass in many different applications. Installs different parts prior to glass work.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Performs pattern cutting and rolling fiberglass.
- Properly uses resin and putty.
- Installs boxes, foam tanks and stringers
- Grinds out small imperfections
- Performs general housekeeping.
- ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
- Ability to work with a team
- Able to use drills and hand sander
- Able to follow instructions
